David McFadden performs magic. To tell you the truth, I really didn't see David do a whole lot for me concerning my case. However, it was the "Unseen" moments/ behind the scene/ when no one is looking, is when David formulated a magic potion (between him and the opposing attorney), which sprang forth the most favorable result for my case. I don't know what David did, and really don't care. All I know is he produces positive RESULTS for his client(s). That's the whole crux of the matter.

DEFINITELY THE BEST!!!! I have had my fair share of experience with the judicial system.

I was telling My Friend that I found myself in a serious situation I knew nothing about and it cost Me a Good Job Opportunity. He told Me "Be easy I got you. Mr. McFadden assisted my 17-year-old with a provisional license ticket. Our initial consultation was free, and Mr. McFadden gave me enough background information on himself (and had a reasonable fee) to make the decision to hire him easy. Upon hiring, he spoke with both me and my son explaining the process, best and worst outcomes, his opinion based on the evidence, and how to prepare for court. He did his homework, had case law, was on time, and was professionally prepared to defend on the day of court. I might also add that he had a good rapport with district attorneys, law enforcement, and prosecutors. in the Carroll County Court, which we saw while waiting for court to start. Luckily, law enforcement didn't show up for court and the case was thrown out, but the support of knowing we had an upstanding and knowledgeable attorney with us, gave me peace of mind. Dave McFadden saved my son's life!! He was originally hired to handle a messy divorce and custody dispute. The case quickly turned into a fight for my son's life and freedom. My son was wrongfully accused of horrible crimes that would, if found guilty, have caused him not only to spend years in jail, but be labeled for life causing irreparable damage. If I could give anything higher than 5 stars, I certainly would in a heartbeat! Mr. Dave McFadden is the right lawyer for your legal issues. I had 3 second degree assaults charges against me, stemming from a very toxic relationship. I just went through the second to last legal proceeding and my cases were dismissed. I wasn't charged with any of the and he kept me out of jail, so I could be home with my 2 babies.

I open by thanking the Law Office of David McFadden. After receiving a speeding ticket for driving with excessive speed, I needed representation to resolve the matter and dismiss the case. After looking online I made the best choice.
Mr. McFadden demonstrated a great deal of legal professionalism, which was tremendously appreciated. Although I was fighting a speeding ticket, he treated my case with dignity and importance. Mr. McFadden's office manager, Judy Gearhart, was consistent, very attentive to detail, and patient in recording the facts of my case. I was subsequently found not guilty. I had a DUI case with resisting arrest, a refusal to provide a breathalyzer and let's just say, not the prettiest of overall possible circumstances. Dave and Judy were instrumental in helping me understand the timeline and worked with the state's prosecutor to establish a sensible deal resolved with no jailtime and ultimately a PBJ based on the preliminary steps he advised me to take and my follow-through. If you find yourself in a similarly unfortunate place, give Dave's office a ring and listen carefully. First & foremost.........I will begin by elevating Mr. McFadden's reputation with my own personal experience. He literally saved me from a lengthy sentence that I already had served and the state's attorney made a HUGE mistake by not adding my TIME up correctly. He stood by everything he said he would and instead of a lengthy incarceration, I walked free and my probation case got closed. By all rights i should be in jail. David told me what to do and how to do it and if i did those things he would make sure my jail stay would be as minimal as possible. I had a mandatory minimum sentence for jail time and he made that go away and kept me out of jail period. If you are in need of a lawyer in Carroll County Maryland, look no farther. Mr McFadden handled my case in spring of this year. It was a CDS possession charge with additional charges that were equally serious. Mr McFadden was able to get everything but the possession charge dropped and was able to work with the state's attorney and agree on a deal that was well beyond my expectations. I hired Mr. Mcfadden to represent me in a civil paternity suit and knowing it would be an uphill battle he was up for the challenge and went above and beyond to help get the matter resolved and proved himself to be a very hard working and knowledgeable attorney who is dedicated to his clients and made sure I was always informed of any change in anything and worked with me to have the matter resolved . I would highly recommend him to take care of any legal need and would most certainly use his services again for any legal proceeding.

Doesn't get any better

To start things off David McFadden is a very down to earth guy. I received multiple charges that weren't looking to good. I consulted with David and immediately knew I wanted his representation. Throughout the whole process he was very professional as well as down to earth. In my opinion that is hard to come by. The entire time from the incident to the trial he kept in constant touch and was very motivational and reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and if there was going to be anyone to bring forth the best possible outcome it was going to be David. With that being said he did exactly that. I couldn't have asked for better results nor a better attorney.

I hired David McFadden to handle my Brother's complicated case that was mishandled by a previous lawyer. He operates with dedication and class. David was able to give us hope but made us realistic in our expectations. David is not your typical lawyer, we never felt like he was just billing his hours, he was generous in his time and truly cared about his client and the outcome. David McFadden has represented me several times. He is a fantastic lawyer this last time was a serious violation of probation charge and I was looking at 4 years. I walked out the court from with two weekends. On two other charges I figured I would do time and walked away from both of those. No one will work hard for you than this guy. Ever. Effective legal representation - I contacted the Mcfadden law office and Judy, the very knowledgeable office manager quickly got me scheduled for a free consultation. I hired Dave to deal with two criminal matters that tie in with a messy family divorce and custody battle. Despite how many curveballs that have been thrown my way the McFadden office has been the voice of reason amongst the chaos. Dave got the best possible outcome for one of my cases.
