Founding attorney David M. McFadden, Esquire, is highly experienced in criminal law and the criminal justice system. Before establishing McFadden Law Offices, Mr. McFadden gained valuable experience as an intern at the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office, a mediator at the Attorney General’s Office, and a law clerk in private practice for two years. He earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National College of DUI Defense, and the Maryland Association for Justice. Additionally, he is a Lawyer of Distinction in Criminal Defense, was named Avvo’s Client’s Choice in Criminal Defense for 2016, and has completed the extensive three-day NHTSA DUI Detection Course.
